This blog is going to be all about my haircare routine. A good hair care routine ensures that your hair stays nourished, healthy, frizz-free and strong – plus it shouldn’t take too long. Most of the time we forget that maintaining a good hair care routine is as important as following a skincare routine as it keeps our hair soft, healthy, free from infections, greasiness and other conditions.
Hair Care Oil
Argan Oil can moisturize your hair and scalp and protect your hair from everyday damage.
Olive Oil is most beneficial for dry, thick hair. It keeps hair moist and strong.
Almond Oil has been shown to help hair appear stronger, softer, and shinier.
Amla Oil for strengthening hair, boosting hair growth, reducing dandruff, as well as preventing hair loss.

Hairwash

I generally wash my hair twice a week. If the scalp is dirty, sebum builds up at the hair follicles, which leaves an unwanted oiliness and shabby look which I completely hate. I use St. Botanica Moroccan argan oil shampoo. The pearly white color shampoo has a silky texture with a runny consistency. It requires quite less amount for washing hair. It has a mild pleasant floral scent that lingers for a while post wash
Here are some things to keep in mind –
Don’t overwash your hair
Avoid using shampoos that consist of sulfates
Use your fingertips to rub your scalp
Masking
Do not settle for a shampoo plus conditioner routine. You need to go deeper for that extra nourishment. Deep conditioning masks are a quick salve, whether you need some TLC, a complete overhaul from colour treatments, restore hydration of parched strands, repair heat damage, fix brittle ends or revive lifeless hair. Apply your mask before your conditioner and not after. I use St. Botanica Moroccan argan oil mask.

Conditioning
I always use a conditioner after a good hair wash as it helps me to restore some of the moisture that has been lost in my strands. While shampoo is formulated specifically to clean off sweat, dead skin cells, and hair products, conditioner makes hair softer and easier to manage. It also protects hair shafts from damage. So here are all the reasons to use conditioner –
• Makes hair shine
• Reduces frizz
• Helps to detangle hair
• Restores lost moisture

Moisturizing
Next, I go for some hair serum or leave-in conditioner. After your hair is dry and free from any previous product, adding moisture at this stage will strengthen your locks, curb the frizz and help you to detangle your hair easier. I generally prefer using St.botanica Moroccan argan hair serum.

Styling
Further, when my hair is 20% damp, I detangle my hair and protect them with the help of a heat protector. Exposure to heat causes damage to the hair structure and can leave it prone to breakage and split ends. So while styling when forget to protect your hair. Generally, I switch between my straightener and Curler.

Additional Tip Always go for a timely haircut to get rid of your unhealthy hair. This way you can grow healthy hair quick
Bye, Take care of your luscious hair
